The Bridge is near Exeter in Devon. This is in the South-West corner of Britain, about 170 miles West of London. The area is renowned for its rolling red countryside, wild moorland, and beautiful beaches. For these reasons the population roughly doubles at holiday time, and if you are thinking of travelling here at peak periods, leave plenty of time for a leisurely journey. Remember that we are a long way from much of England, and if travelling by road, take rest stops as necessary.
If you are thinking of dropping in on your way to Cornwall, we would be very pleased to see you, but remember that Penzance is over 100 miles further on!
